As applicant CV's are their most important instrument in finding doctors permanent post in the UK. Candidates must take extra care when writing their CV's and make sure that they include all the information that will be required in order to secure them an interview with a prospective hospital.
Here are some of the keys aspect that we recommend should be included in a Medical Doctor CV, looking for a permanent post in NHS or Private hospital:
- Medical Qualification (s)
- All medical experience paid and voluntary (i.e. clinical attachment, etc)
- Please specify grade, speciality and length of employment
- Recognised Courses (i.e. ALS,BLS, ect)
- GMC registration and number
- Personal profile which include position you are looking for, location in the UK and when you will be available
- Please ensure that you medical experience start with most recent
